Hon’ble Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar visited Uttarakhand on 23 May 2026.

On 23 May 2026, Chief Election Commissioner Shri Gyanesh Kumar arrived in Uttarakhand on a two-day visit. Travelling from Dehradun to Uttarkashi, he visited and inspected the border polling station at Harsil and reviewed the preparations for the upcoming Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
